If you live outside India, you can pay through Western Union Money Transfer. Sending money through Western Union is simple, you just have to go to nearest Western Union location, fill out the form & hand over the money to the Western Union Agent. They will give a Receipt and a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). The MTCN is the 10-digit number located on your confirmation receipt.
